We strive to keep this website up-to-date and error-free. Despite all the care, the data may have changed in the meantime. Login to the members area

By registering for the TDC intranet member area, you consent to the electronic processing and storage of the data you provide. The data is processed for the purpose of checking your authorization and for the administration and support of your membership. Your data will be stored for the duration of the check of your authorization or your registration for the TDC member area. You can display this data at any time when you are logged in.

Data reception/contact outside this website

If you provide us with your personal data via a means other than transmission via this website (handing over business cards, contacting us by e-mail, etc.) or if we collect your data via publicly accessible sources, we process and store your data electronically. This is done for the purpose of individual communication with you on individual topics. Your data will be stored until your interest in information ceases to exist. As far as this is necessary for the fulfilment of common purposes, your personal data will be passed on by TDC to the relevant committees and to the TDC shareholders. If we use external service providers as contractors, your data will also be passed on to them.

Legal basis

The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(a) and, in the case of data reception/contact outside this website, Article 6(1)(f) of the Basic EU Data Protection Regulation. Our concern within the meaning of § 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f (legitimate interest) of the Basic Data Protection Ordinance is communication with you on topics relevant to the association and the transmission of corresponding information.

The use of our public pages is basically anonymous. We would like to point out that data transmission via the Internet is currently essentially unsecured. It is not excluded that transmitted data may be taken note of by unauthorized persons.

Our concern in the sense of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is to enable error analysis and revision security as well as the optimization of our online offer and our website. This data is automatically deleted at regular intervals.

These data are not combined with other data sources. An evaluation - with the exception of statistical purposes - does not take place.
